AllianzConnX

The AllianzConnX App enables Allianz Claims Handlers and designated Loss Adjusters to remotely view and assess damage to your property and/or contents by activating the back camera of your Android device or through screen sharing.

To access this App, an invitation must be extended by Allianz and/or its partners via SMS or Email. Once invited, downloading the App is necessary to commence the visual interaction.

Upon receiving a second invite from Allianz and/or its partners, you will be required to click on the provided link to join the AllianzConnX session. Throughout the AllianzConnX experience, various advanced features can be utilized:

• HD audio
• Screen sharing
• Live remote pointer
• Two-way drawing and annotations
• Ability to pause video, photos, and save pictures

The App may access your stored data only upon explicit authorization when requested by the remote agent (Allianz Claims Handler or designated Loss Adjuster). Additionally, it enables the remote agent to capture, store, process, and keep photos taken during the live interactive session.
